FleishmanHillard in Germany appoints new managing directors: Grit Arndt and Arne Klempert will join the Management Board together with Hanning Kempe, general managing director in Germany, and Dirk Krieger, CFO in Germany.

Arndt (53) joined the agency at the beginning of 2016 as Head of Consumer Brands in the country, focusing on fast-moving consumer goods, fashion, lifestyle and consumer electronics. Klempert (45) has been with FH since 2010 and will head creative strategy and innovation for Germany in his new role. He will manage a team of digital experts, strategists and creative professionals.

“Today, reputation management has to take a holistic view, covering all touch points of the traditional Customer Journey,” said Kempe. “We are convinced that true integration happens right there. Those who understand best how target groups prepare for, make and renew decisions are able to develop more sustainable communications campaigns. To do this successfully, a deep understanding of digital space and B2C trends is essential. Hence, we are pleased to announce that Grit and Arne will reinforce our management team by adding great additional expertise. They will help us make FH a more successful agency.”

“By combining innovation and brainpower, the successful path of the past years will continue to be pursued,” Kempe said.

Nadine Dusberger recently joined FleishmanHillard in Germany as Head of Healthcare. Along with Hendrik Hagemann (public affairs), Enno Hennrichs (technology, manufacturing and industrials) and Volker Pulskamp (corporate communications), she forms the agency’s extended management team.
