Co-Creation Facilitator


We are a small innovations team and work as an interface between the entire agency. From healthcare to brand affairs to tech topics, you can dive in and develop a variety of areas, contribute your sense for people and situations, and successfully bring different disciplines and stakeholders to the table and work together to find solutions.


Your responsibilities

  • Organize, design, and moderate co-creation workshops and innovative processes in a comms context
  • Know how to collaborate appreciatively: Find solutions in a yes-if mode and support customers and colleagues in achieving their goals
  • Independently develop the area of innovative-collaborative approaches in the agency
  • Work with different teams and like to learn on your own
  • Particularly enthusiastic about healthcare and its target groups


Your qualifications

  • Completed studies, trainer/moderator training, or practical experience
  • Several years of professional experience in an agency and/or a corporate division with a focus on innovation and consulting
  • Familiarity with agile methods, you can fill the buzzwords with life, but also question them
  • Courage to try things out and the wish to contribute to our agency’s culture of innovation
  • Creativity, conceptual and organizational strengths
  • Empathy, an excellent listener, and a quick grasp of things
  • Resilience, good self-management, and impact awareness
