Dual leadership change strengthens agency positioning

FleishmanHillard Germany announces two leadership changes in the German market that further sharpen the firm’s positioning while creating new growth opportunities for two top talents: Julia Bressem, previously Head of Healthcare, assumes the newly created role of Head of Client Relations, taking on strategic responsibility for the firm’s overall client relationship architecture. She is succeeded as Head of Healthcare by Anja Baudisch, who most recently led the RX team at Burson as Senior Vice President.
The communications industry is evolving rapidly. Today’s challenges can no longer be addressed within traditional functional silos. What is required instead is cross-agency connectivity, strategic thinking beyond sector boundaries, and consistently high-quality performance. FleishmanHillard is responding to this reality with a future-focused organizational structure — and with the right people in the right roles.
“Julia brings exactly what the new Head of Client Relations role demands: a deep understanding of our clients, extensive expertise — particularly in the healthcare arena — and the strategic ability to bring diverse disciplines and perspectives together,” said Hanning Kempe, CEO of FleishmanHillard Germany.
“Anja, in turn, is the ideal choice to not only continue leading our Healthcare practice, our most stable and strongest business unit, but to actively expand it. Her industry expertise and her strong track record at Burson promise a seamless and dynamic transition.”
Both roles will shape the future direction of FleishmanHillard in Germany by combining strategic client leadership with deep sector expertise, laying the foundation for sustainable growth.
