Dr. Nils Napierala is Account Supervisor at FleishmanHillard Germany. He is part of the Corporate Reputation Team, with whom he already worked as an independent communications consultant in 2021. Dr. Nils Napierala helps companies position themselves with regard to overall societal challenges and understand the expectations of their stakeholders.
Previously, he worked as a Research Associate for “Communication in Politics and Civil Society” at the Hertie School in Berlin. He was also a communications consultant at Johanssen + Kretschmer Strategic Communications, supporting clients in early public participation and framing strategies.
Dr. Nils Napierala received his doctorate from the Humboldt University in Berlin with a thesis on political framing in debates of the German Bundestag.
