Would you like to get a taste of agency life without committing yourself right away? The best way to do that is during an internship. This will give you a deeper insight into what we do – and you can also take on responsibility. Internships of three to six months are ideal for this.

Your heart is already set on a career in communications / PR? We’ll get you ready to start as a junior consultant with a traineeship.
Depending on the area or practice, a traineeship focuses on different topics – but always follows a structured roadmap with clear goals. Individual previous knowledge and skills are of course taken into account. With training courses in areas such as conception, presentation, creativity techniques, copywriting and social media, we introduce our trainees to everyday consulting work step by step, accompanied by a selected supervisor as coach and mentor. 

There is a regular junior and trainee get-together for an exchange of ideas and experiences at eye level. Here, contacts can be made and one’s own knowledge expanded – professionally, customer-specifically and personally. So that everyone can get to know the beauty of other locations and the advantages of the teams there, a three to five-day visit to one of the other FleishmanHillard Germany offices is offered as part of our program – for new perspectives and even better cooperation across locations.

Even those who already have professional experience in another field are always welcome to join us as career changers.
